| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of the roof at Roosevelt Elementary School. District staff selected C. B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On March 3, 2015, the Board awarded a contract for construction to McEnany Roofing, Inc. The scope of work included removal and replacement of the roof. |
