Recognition of the Pride Elementary School Incredibotz Robotics Team, West Coast Florida Champions (Office of Teaching and Learning) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Incredibotz Robotics Team won the award, For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) LEGO League West Florida Regional Championship on January 28, 2017. The Team exhibited the best robot design, best research project, and second highest robot competition score; which earned them first place position out of 87 teams in the West Florida Region. The West Coast Florida Regional is sponsored and supported by Hillsborough Community College and Suncoast Credit Union. As champions for the West Florida Region, the Incredibotz Robotics Team joined 107 other FIRST LEGO League teams from 31 countries to compete at the FIRST World Festival in Houston, Texas which took place April 18-23, 2017.
