EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Employee Benefits Annual Open Enrollment for 2018 begins Tuesday, September 19, 2017 and ends Thursday, September 28, 2017. There will be three Benefits Education and Health Fairs that employees/retirees/dependents (members) may attend:
  • September 21, Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Gaither High School
  • September 23, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Jefferson High School
  • September 25, Monday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Armwood High School
Members are invited to attend these events to discuss their benefits with various product representatives and Employee Benefits staff members, participate in Humana’s Health Fair, and even get their annual free flu shots (as supplies last and provided members bring their HCPS Humana ID cards). On the Saturday (9/23) fair at Jefferson High School, a mobile mammography bus will be available to provide mammograms for Humana members who haven’t had their annual mammogram. Skin cancer screenings will also be available at the Saturday fair.

In addition to the three enrollment events, employees can find enrollment information by reading their InfoQuick 2018 Annual Enrollment Guides, visiting the enrollment website, watching the enrollment video, and by calling the Humana Hotline at (888) 393-6765. (Enrollment guides are available in Spanish; Employee Benefits personnel who speak Spanish will be available at all three Benefits Education and Health Fairs.)
