Adult Education Division has located classroom space for ESOL classes for CARIBE and Adult Education at the First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace, 10002 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace, FL. The lease will commence on January 31, 2018, and terminate on January 30, 2019. The leased space consists of eight (8) classrooms, two (2) offices and two (2) computer labs with an annual rent of $16,197.20 (monthly rental fee is $1,349.76). All utilities and custodial services are included within the rental fee.

The facility will be used for approximately 200 adult learners enrolled through Adult Education and CARIBE for instruction in the English language serving immigrants, recent refugees and political asylees. This location has proven to be ideal for recruiting and retaining the targeted immigrant and refugee population.

The lease has been reviewed and approved by the School Board approved real estate legal counsel as to form and sufficiency.
