Information and Plan Update for the Software Upgrade and Workforce Management Project with Infor, US, Inc. (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Information Technology Department along with both the Business and Human Resources teams are collaborating together for the initial project management kickoff.  This includes: Identifying project team members Reviewing and confirming initial plan Reviewing Workforce Management (WFM) discovery plan Discussing and planning first WFM training session
