A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for a classroom addition at East Bay High School to support current and project enrollment growth within existing boundaries. The project scope provided twenty new classrooms adding capacity for five hundred additional students. On November 17, 2015, the Board approved the appointment of Wilder Architecture, Inc. to provide design services and on December 15, 2015 appointed Ajax Building Corporation to provide construction management services.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for a classroom addition at East Bay High School to support current and project enrollment growth within existing boundaries. The project scope provided twenty new classrooms adding capacity for five hundred additional students. As of Thursday, December 14, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $1,382,194.87.
