EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr. Bell, our friend and mentor was an outstanding and legendary educator. He dedicated 32 years of service as an educator in Hillsborough County Public Schools, and he continued to demonstrate the values of education through self-achievement and associations. Mr. Bell's vision and leadership as a founding member in 1992 led to the formation of Hillsborough Alliance of Black School Educators.
