2018 Annual Strategy Workshop (Office of Strategy Management)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The focus of the workshop will be to review performance results for the five-year Strategic Plan.  We will also review current Strategic Priorities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and discuss potential modifications that may be needed for the current five-year planning cycle.
