| Approve Contract for Medicaid Data Management Partnership with the School Board of Seminole County, Florida (SBSC) (Business Services Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The School Board of Hillsborough County, FL (HCPS) has joined with 48 other Florida school districts to claim Medicaid reimbursement for the fiscal year 2016/2017. HCPS will partner with SBSC, Department of Education, and Agency for Health Care Administration for an additional year.
SBSC provides to the consortium of 48 school districts oversight and guidance to insure compliance and maximum reimbursement with the program. SBSC reviews all forms for the correct correlation between the activity described and the coding. At the end of each quarter, SBSC develops all the data necessary for the districts to develop their claims of reimbursement that are to be submitted to the Florida Agency of Health Care Administration. |
