Approve Revised Location of Temporary Access and Utility Easement and Accept an Additional Temporary Construction and Utility Easement from TC Venture 1, LLC to the School Board of Hillsborough County at Elementary "C" School Site, Triple Creek Subdivision, Riverview

On August 23, 2016, the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, accepted a 15-acre land dedication from TC Venture 1, LLC within the Triple Creek Subdivision, Riverview, for Elementary "C".  Engineers for both TC Venture and the School Board have been working together to obtain the best possible temporary route for access and utility connections to the proposed school site to commence construction prior to the completion of the Big Ben Road expansion.  This revised location for the temporary access easement along the western school boundary (attached) would better serve school district's contractors and service providers on a shorter time schedule.

A Temporary Construction and Utility Easement is required for the School District to connect into the potable water supply line under the proposed Big Bend Road expansion.  This Temporary Easement will be terminated once the roadway is completed and the permanent water supply lines are set.

Acceptance of the revised location of the Temporary Access and Utility Easement and the additional Temporary Construction and Utility Easement for Elementary "C" at Triple Creek Subdivision, will have no financial impact to the School Board of Hillsborough County.
