Office of Strategy Management 1st Quarter Strategic Plan Update for 2016/2017 (Office of Strategy Management)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Office of Strategy Management is committed to using strategy best practices to drive organizational performance and reach our vision of preparing all students for life.  Through our Strategic Plan Balanced Scorecard, we track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure progress toward our Strategic Priorities (e.g., Graduation Rates, Communicating with Stakeholders, Building Strong Culture & Relationships, Foundation of Financial Stewardship).  This information item provides a summary of available data from the 1st quarter focusing primarily on KPIs related to Graduation Rates.
