Approve Amendments of Design Professional Firms Agreements for Civil and Environmental Engineering Services on a Continuing Basis |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The ASH Group, Inc. and Bayside Engineering, Inc. are currently under contract to provide civil and environmental engineering services for miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. As a result of the recent name changes, both firms have requested that their agreement for the referenced services be amended to reflect the legal names of Ayers Associates Inc and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT), respectively. Amendment of the referenced agreements will allow payments to be issued in the firms legal names. |
