SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Adoption of New and Revised Policies as Advertised in January 2017 (Revised Attachment - Removed Policies 9800 Charter Schools and 8390 Animals on District Property)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 17, 2017, the School Board approved the proper advertisement of new and revised policies.  Advertisement of these policies, as required by law, was published in the Florida Sentinel Bulletin, La Gaceta, and the Tampa Bay Times on January 20, 2017, and were available for comment.  After completion of the advertisement period set forth by state statute, the Superintendent recommends approval to adopt these policies.
