| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
An urgent requirement existed for replacement of the cooling towers serving the HVAC cooling plant at Blake High School. District staff selected RHC and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services for a project to replace both cooling towers and related equipment. |

Funds in the amount of $511,919.44 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8597. As of Wednesday, March 8, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $14,637.66.
