EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of Anston-Greenlees. On May 4, 2004, the Board accepted the best bid of Blackfoot Electric. The scope of work provided for fire alarm and intercom replacement.
This change order provides credits for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program and work not performed on the portables. It also provides for the installation of an awning, exterior speakers, and additional duct and smoke detectors.
The engineer advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
