SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates - Architects, P.A. and Greater Bay Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at Apollo Beach, Corr, and Sessums Elementary Schools.
Approval of the design development phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. Project completion is scheduled for the 2006-07 school year.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction budget is $9,746,770. The estimate of probable cost is $9,746,770. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 04 and Classrooms for Kids.
