EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of The Architectural Practice, Inc. On September 12, 2000, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Batson-Cook Company, Inc. The scope of work includes renovation of existing space to be remodeled as a culinary arts lab and is an extension of the original Leto High School addition, remodel and renovation project of 2003.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for November 29, 2005.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $416,108. The construction budget is $416,108. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
