SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Carastro & Associates, Inc. The scope of work provides for fire alarm replacement. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Becker Communications, is recommended. The starting date will be September 7, 2005, with a projected completion date of September 27, 2005.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $118,125 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance. The bid amount is $67,220.
