This project was planned by the architectural firm of Rowe Architects, Inc. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Skanska USA Building, Inc. The scope of work provided for toilet renovations to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, re-roofing, electrical service upgrades, new site lighting in parking lots, painting, signage, and replacement of chalkboards with markerbords. It also included the replacement of HVAC equipment, hardware, ceiling panels, exterior doors, and intercom, telephone, television, and security systems.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
