APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $18,422.00 EXTRA / 97 CALENDAR DAY TIME EXTENSION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On October 19, 2004, the Board appointed J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design-build services for the Rampello Downtown School Parking Facility. The scope of work provides for construction of a new parking garage to house 450 automobiles.

This change order provides for fill dirt and soil density testing necessitated by excavation of a fuel oil tank and surrounding contaminated soil. It also provides a time extension for completion of the work.
