ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Tagliarini Architectural Group, P. A. Tymewell General Contractors provided construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provided for Phenolic foam insulation remediation and roof replacement at Wimauma Elementary School, Chamberlain High School, and Central Bus Maintenance.

This change order provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
