JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of GLE Associates, Inc. Horus Construction Services, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services list.

A joint venture between Horus Construction Services, Inc. and Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. is requested by the construction manager and will ensure the availability of sufficient resources to meet all project requirements.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
