Approval of Negotiated Salary Agreement with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation, and
Approval of Negotiated Changes to the Blue Collar Contract
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A salary agreement has been reached with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation, as well as
agreement on changes in the Blue Collar Contract.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goals 2, 3, 4, and 5 - Critical Success Factors 2.b, 3.b, 4.c, and 5.a -- Recruit and retain highly qualified
teachers.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Provide the following salary adjustment:
- Regrade & Salary Increase: $2,624,000
- Regrade for Student Nutrition - Part 7: $577,000
- Fingerprinting: $87,550
- Health Insurance: $1,030,000
- "S" Endorsement: $16,500
Total Cost: $4,335,050
