EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Consolidated Associates, Inc. On July 13, 2004, the Board accepted the low bid of Southern Roofing. The scope of work provided for emergency roof deck and membrane replacement of the entire school.
Change Order No. 1 provides for the installation of four overflow scuppers. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for deleting repair of the existing metal ceiling grid from scope. It also provides for replacement of acoustical ceiling panels and existing roof drain pipe, and installation of curbs and pitch pockets on roof. A time extension is included for completion of the work.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
