EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Reliable Group and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services for the renovation of the Central Warehouse. The scope of work provides for construction of a print shop and related office space within an existing warehouse. Upon completion, the Central Printing operation will be relocated from the Instructional Services Center to the Central Warehouse.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for December 1, 2005.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 – Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $455,493. The construction budget is $455,493. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
