APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 - $9,788.87 EXTRA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Robbins, Bell & Kreher Architects. On February 6, 2001, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Beck, Ltd.

This change order provides for replacement of door lites and frames in Building 4 with impact resistant glass to meet Emergency Hurricane shelter criteria. It also provides for increases in steel and electrical costs totaling $15,656 of which one third in the amount of $5,218.67 will be paid by the District.
