SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approval of Negotiated Agreement on Promotional Increases with Classroom Teachers Association Educational Support Personnel and Hillsborough Schools Employees Federation Instructional Support Personnel. This Change will also include Non-Represented Personnel.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A negotiated agreement on promotional increases for Educational Support Personnel and Instructional Support Personnel has been made with the Classroom Teachers Association and Hillsborough Schools Employees Federation, retroactive to July 1, 2005 (see attachments A and B).
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goals 2, 3, 4, and 5 - Critical Success Factors 2.b,3.b, 4.c and 5.a. -- Recruit and retain highly qualified teachers.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Salary impact to be determined based upon the number of promotions which occur each year.
