Approve Agreement for Technical Services with Juanette Whidden to Provide Clerical Services for Smaller Learning Communities Grant - $5,568 (Curriculum and Instruction Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The provider will be responsible for clerical assistance for the Smaller Learning Communities grant activities including but not limited to preparation of technical service agreements, auditing and maintaining accounting records, and data input for the period December 14, 2005, through April 28, 2006. These services will fulfill requirements of the Smaller Learning Communities grant.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Funds of $5,568 are included in the Smaller Learning Communities Implementation Grant, Project 0533. There is no additional cost to the district.
