EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Carruthers & Associates Architects with Allstate Construction providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work included the addition of a media center and expansion of the existing cafeteria.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
