SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates - Architects, P.A. and Greater Bay Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at Apollo Beach, Corr, and Sessums Elementary Schools.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for July 31, 2006.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $10,769,449. The construction budget is $10,769,449. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 04 and Classrooms for Kids 05.
