This project was planned by the architectural firm of ASR Engineering, Inc. On December 14, 2004, the Board accepted the low bid of Air Mechanical & Service Corporation. The scope of work provided for HVAC and control renovation of the entire school.

Change Order No. 1 provides credit for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program for purchase of equipment. Change Order No. 2 provides separate power to the control panel. Change Order No. 3 provides payment to school personnel for work on a non-school day, obtaining services of a fire alarm contractor, and the installation of new pulleys and belts on air handlers.

The architect advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
