SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Mechanical Engineering Solutions, Inc. The scope of work provides for HVAC replacement. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corporation, is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 1, 2006.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $1,345,800 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $1,270,000.
