On November 22, 2005, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects, and Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This facility is a reuse of the Pizzo Elementary School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Citrus Park, McKitrick, Northwest, and Schwarzkopf Elementary Schools.

Approval of the schematic design and design development phases will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. Project completion is scheduled for the 2007-08 school year.

Construction budget is $10,770,000. The estimate of probable cost is $10,770,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2002 and Classrooms for Kids 2005.
