EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In August 2004, the Board approved staff to appraise and negotiate to purchase property for a high school site in the Northwest area. This parcel, which consists of 5.9 +/- acres located on the north side of Lutz Lake Fern Road, east of the Suncoast Parkway, is part of the three-site assemblage for the proposed high school. This property appraised at $470,000 and the purchase price has been established at $600,000. District is responsible for the 3% brokerage commission totaling $18,000.
