EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The existing Instructional Services Center has exceeded its useful life and will be demolished to allow construction of a two-story 100,000 square foot office building. On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the design-build firm of R.R. Simmons Construction Corporation to provide design and construction management services.
Approval of the design development phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. Project completion is scheduled for March 2007.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction budget is $9,814,914. The estimate of probable cost is $8,976,426. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Land Proceeds and Certificates of Participation Series 04C.
