APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - $696,209.58 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates, Inc. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction. This new facility is located in the New Tampa area and is a reuse of the Shields Middle School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Benito and Liberty Middle Schools.

This change order provides credits to the Direct Purchase and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
