APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 10 - $39,722.93 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Howard & Associates. On March 13, 2001, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Batson Cook Company. Cimino Elementary School opened in August 2002 and provided relief for Alafia, Brooker, and Buckhorn Elementary Schools.

This change order provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.
