This project was planned by the architectural firm of Sylla, Inc. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of HC Beck, Ltd. The facility is a reuse of the Middleton High School design. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at East Bay and Riverview High Schools.

This change order provides credits for deletion of special soil mixture at athletic fields, and low voltage lighting in Auditorium. It also provides for the addition of electrical and communication systems to the press boxes, and a mulch bin for the Agriculture program.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2003 (new facility), and Certificates of Participation Series 1999 (athletic facility).
