Approve Agreement for Technical Services - Joseph A. Scolaro - $13,500 (Human Resources Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr. Scolaro's expertise is needed to manage the district's application center during the terminal leave of the existing manager and then to provide training and mentoring to the replacement manager. Because of his prior work experience, he can oversee staff, work processes, and interface with employee processing, personnel management services, and Lawson operations during the height of new applications and hiring for the 2006-07 school year. It is estimated that Mr. Scolaro will complete this task in approximately 300 hours.

EVALUATION
The General Manager of Personnel Services will meet intermittently with Mr. Scolaro to ensure a high-level of service.
