SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Hahn Engineering, Inc. The scope of work provides for the replacement of mechanical system components, including the chillers and air handlers. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corporation, is recommended.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $1,435,200 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $912,472.
