EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates - Architects, P.A. and Greater Bay Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at Apollo Beach, Corr, and Sessums Elementary Schools and will open in August 2006.

Change Order No. 2 provides for a revision to the kitchen ceiling grid and the addition of a structural footing at a masonry partition. Change Order No. 3 provides for a fire sprinkler system in Buildings 2 and 4.
