EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Ruyle and Masters + Jennewein Architects, P.A. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Bovis Lend Lease. The scope of work included the addition of 12 classrooms that met Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area (EHPA) and class size reduction requirements.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
