EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Woodroffe Corporation Architects. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Rodda Construction. The scope of work provided for a new gymnasium and school-wide renovations which included deferred maintenance items such as roofing and painting, replacement of low voltage systems, and cosmetic refurbishing of all spaces.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
