FIRE ALARM AND INTERCOM REPLACEMENT
ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Carastro & Associates, Inc. On July 12, 2005, the Board appointed Alarm & Communication Systems, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provided for fire alarm and intercom replacement.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
