SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Ruyle - Hayes + Jennewein. The scope of work provides for complete exterior painting and waterproofing, and replacement of selected windows. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Of the bids received, two addressed the entire project, and the remaining two addressed either the painting or the window replacement. The low bid of the two for the entire project from Gemini, Inc. is also lower than the total of the two bids addressing the individual components, and award to Gemini, Inc. is therefore recommended.
