APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - $20,255.00 EXTRA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates, Inc. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction. This new facility is located in the New Tampa area and is a reuse of the Shields Middle School design. Relief will be provided for Benito and Liberty Middle Schools.

This change order provides for plumbing, labor and materials, hardware changes, and an expansion joint as required by the Department of Education and described in Addendum No. 1. The pricing for the addendum was received after the Guaranteed Maximum Price was established.
