EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of The Architectural Practice, Inc. On August 24, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Ellis Construction Company, Inc. This new facility is a reuse of the Corr Elementary School design with revisions to ensure compliance with class size reduction criteria.
This change order provides an adjustment to the Direct Purchase Program and for the final reconciliation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program.
