APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Since 1967, the City of Tampa has provided services for the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste at School Board sites located within the city. Attached agreement provides for service during the period April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007. The total agreement amount is virtually unchanged from the most recent contract. Increased costs of service have been offset by the identification and elimination of unnecessary collections or capacity.
