Tampa Electric Company has requested approval of an access easement for Heritage Elementary School.

This easement is required by Tampa Electric Company in order to obtain access to their Cross Creek Substation. An ingress/egress easement is necessary because the current surface conditions (low and wet during rain season) cannot be utilized for additional transformers which are necessary to handle ever-increasing electrical demands in that area.
