Approve Use of School Bus (School Board vehicle) by Lake Magdalene Academy

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Lake Magdalene Academy is again requesting, to lease buses this summer to transport students to activities on the scheduled dates. Lake Magdalene Academy is providing field trips to various sites for their children. Summer bus service has been provided to Lake Magdalene Academy for approximately 2 years.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There is no financial impact to the District. Lake Magdalene Academy agrees to pay for costs of transportation at the rate of $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile.
